1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as PayPal. All transactions are processed in USD.


2. How long does order processing take?

Orders placed before 11:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day. Standard processing time is 1–3 business days.


3. How long does shipping take?

Shipping within the USA typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.


4. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


5. Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. Some items marked as “Final Sale” or customized are not eligible.


6. Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to our error (you received the wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.
